Gather with us in person and on IG live for a festival celebrating Black performance as Staying Power. Headlined by Staying Power artist Black Quantum Futurism and Irreversible Entanglements, this evening-long festival is a portal into Black embodied joy in public. The evening will include the premiere of a new dance with coaching movement from Kim Gadlin and performed by Staying Power Fellow,Aisha Chamblis and Tania Peree entitled To Catch This Kind of Light. Featuring opening performances and sharings from Jacquline Constance, BEARCAT and hosted by Starfire, this festival intends to immerse us in the vibrations of Staying Power.

The Staying Power Performance Festival is a special program of Staying Power, an outdoor art exhibition and program series in the Fairhill-Hartranft neighborhood of Philadelphia hosted by The Village of Arts and Humanities and curated with Monument Lab.
